Top Ten Authors I've Read the Most Books By

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish and The Artsy Reader Girl. Goodreads used to have a feature that actually showed your most read authors, but since it's been discontinued, I did some deep diving to try to figure it out!

1. Jennifer L. Armentrout (37) - including under pseudonym J. Lynn

2. Rick Riordan (22)

3. Margaret Peterson Haddix (19) - mostly read when younger

4. Gena Showalter (19)

5. Cassandra Clare (18) - counting novella bind-ups, not each novella

6. Meg Cabot (15)

7. P.C. and Kristin Cast (14)

8. Ally Carter (13)

9. Richelle Mead (13)

10. Sophie Jordan (12)

Honorable Mention: Katie McGarry (12) - tied for 10th

Honorable Mention: Sarah J. Maas (12) - tied for 10th

  3. This is a fun list, I appreciate all the YA. Especially Margaret Peterson Haddix! I've read 5 from her and they were all great. Five from Meg Cabot too, though they proved less memorable.

  4. I've actually read quite a few of these authors and can understand why they feature so much on your reading list. Gena Showalter has given me quite a few PNR reads and heroes to fall in love with :D Have you tried her YA Fantasy novel, The Evil Queen?

    Here's my Top Ten Tuesday.

  5. Katie McGarry was an honorable mention on my list as well. Jennifer L. Armentrout made my list as well. I have seen her on quite a few today, which is great IMO. :)

  7. I’ve read a lot of Rick Riordan too. I haven't picked up one of his books in years though.
